As a walk-in badminton group, our obstacles came down to one word: system. For a long time, organising our sessions was an absolute nightmare. But the feature that stood out most was one Nirmit came up with himself which was a timer for the matches. We connect the phone to a Bluetooth speaker and it rings out at whatever time limit we set — no more volunteers sacrificing their game just to watch the clock. It manages itself.

We've won back that 30–40 minutes of lost playing time, our sessions run smoothly, and the compliments from players about how organised everything feels have been overwhelming.
